Pack & Send Subiaco picked up from the auction house, packed so perfectly, safely and carefully and sent to me in Sydney, a painting. The delivery and handling instructions and arrangements for insurance were so clear and well defined. My painting arrived in very prompt time, safely and without any fuss, for a very reasonable price. They are wonderful and so easy to deal with. Five stars. Cathy.

I used Pack and Send recently to send a box of personal items from Perth to London - the process was seamless! Andrew was super helpful explaining the the steps / documents required to make it as easy as possible (and to mitigate any potential problems with Customs etc.). The box arrived within 5 days of it being sent. I’ll definitely use Pack and Send in Subi in the future.

So I enter Pack & Send and I meet Sam, he is probably the best in helping you out sending stuff back home. Great customer service and advice. He made things too easy for me since I was trying to get back since April and now its October. I thought I'd be doing the paper work and additional packing but it was all taken care of. Everything was great now letsee what happens at the destination point.

I used Pack and Send to send medium packing boxes to the US and I would definitely use them again. The service was excellent and they were very helpful and do all the import forms for you. I delivered th boxes to them late on a Friday afternoon, so wouldn't have gone off until the Monday. Both boxes were delivered together to the door in Washington DC on the morning of the following Monday. A darned sight quicker than Australia Post can get most ordinary mail delivered in Australia! I was very impressed.

Andy is the most wonderful person. Even when inundated with deliveries, both locally and interstate, he found a way to ensure my packages would arrive in Melbourne in time for Christmas. Andy is a professional, totally committed to satisfying the needs of his customers. Today, I required a parcel to be picked up and he found a time slot to have my parcel and delivered to our home.I cannot speak highly enough of the service offered by Pack and Send.

From the first phone call received till the last call I made to Andy from Pack and send (thanking him for the amazing job him and his team did), it has been a very pleasant and honest experience. The fishing rod I ordered from WA has arrived in Sydney in pristine condition thanks to the extensive bubble wrap and hard cardboard box the team had created... As well as making sure it's stated that it's a top load item to avoid any damage to the rod. Talking to Andy over the phone is as easy as it gets and by the end it felt like I call calling a mate I'd known for a while.
