Due to virus fears the cruise line tossed all passengers off the ship in Australia and sent them to their home countries. We had a lot of luggage and could not fly it to New York City. I was able to find and reach out to PACK&SEND where Ray Wilson set up every part of the shipping process for us. When we were notified to its arrival we found our luggage pallet intact and our luggage in its original condition. Shipping does take some time so we learned to be more patient. I needed a bulky and rare classic car grill collected from the vendor in Perth, then wrapped carefully, and finally sent to me on the Gold Coast by a combination of rail and road services. This was accomplished in seven days and without flaws, damage or delay. James was extremely helpful with getting a package picked up for us from regional WA and having it shipped to Woodside SA. Quoting us a very reasonable price. Received very quickly. Had contacted a couple of bigger companies who wouldn't help us unless we set up an account and spent $2,000 a month. Highly recommend.

I’ve done a comparison of pricing to send urgent documents. Cost wise, their pricing was $42.00 more than another outlet nearby. If you are frugal like me, I’d probably check around other outlets before hand.

I'm very satisfied with the service & prompt delivery. I sent a small carry on suitcase 7kgs from Perth to Sydney. I took it to Adelaide Terrace Monday @ 8:30am and on Friday 7:30am (Perth time), it was received. I'll def be using this service again.
